PRE-CARE PREP If you’ve got a few minutes to prepare (not necessary):
Be seated in lotus if you’re able and facing East if you can. You can also do this practice laying down or in a chair.
Light a candle.
Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Fir, Spruce, Frankincense, Chamomile, and Lavender essential oils can boost your practice. Follow your heart to your own favourite brands. Therapeutic grade is the only way to go. Anything else is synthetic and not as healthy.
COME AS YOU ARE Don’t have time to prep? Just come as you are with whatever you’ve got. We’ll be together for about 20 minutes. We’ll close with silence.
