If you’ve got a few minutes to prepare (not necessary):
Be seated in lotus position. You can also do this practice laying down or in a chair. The idea is that your spine is straight so energy is flowing.
Facing East is ideal, but whatever works for you
Light a candle if you can.
Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Fir, Spruce, Frankincense, Chamomile, and Lavender essential oils can boost your practice. Follow your heart. Therapeutic grade is the only way to go.

No time to prep?Just show up. We love you as is. We’ll be together about 20 minutes. We’ll close with silence.
