In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll identify thoughts about yourself that are fear-based and choose thoughts about yourself that are loving instead!

The purpose of this exercise is to make our unconscious thoughts conscious, and to raise the vibration of our thinking so that we create more ease and health in our lives and the lives of others.
This workshop uses a practice from Danielle LaPorte’s Heart Centered content and is a little teaser of one of the many practices we’ll be digging into in the Outgrow the Grind Circle!
