ROOTED will guide you through an 8-week journey of heart-centered practice and healing work to become a source of stability and connection (for yourself, for your people, for the planet).

What’s included:

• A safely held, private online community space (on Facebook) where you will be welcomed. 
• 8 (weekly) Zoom circles focusing in turn on each of the Heart Centered virtues: Divine Love, Compassion, Wisdom, For Giving, Loving Kindness, Resilience, Radiance.
• 8 (weekly) remote group energy healing sessions to support you in releasing blocks, reclaiming lost parts of self, healing your heart and your stories. 
• Step-by-step guidance through Heart Centered practices to nourish you each week – simple and accessible to even the busiest people.
• Beautiful PDFs and audio for a variety of Heart Centered practices to support you in between sessions.
