SOUL ACTIVATION – A Heart Centered guide into your individual intelligence through your Gene Keys Activation Sequence.

Regardless of circumstances, every single human being has something beautiful hidden inside of them. Once your genius is awoken and your higher purpose begins to shine through, you go from ”why am I here” to relaxing into being here and into just being who you are.

The Activation Sequence is about your unique genius. It highlights your four genetic Prime Gifts, focusing on the Self and the theme of your fundamental underlying energy. These Prime Gifts are the cornerstones of your life and are your Life’s Work, your Evolution, your Radiance, and your Life’s Purpose.

In this workshop we will explore your Activation Sequence through contemplation as well as incorporating Heart Centered exercises for each of the spheres. Using the Heart Centered exercises is invaluable in making the unconscious conscious. They are a practical application for when your mind may want to bypass the contemplation (because really, who wants to slow down??? Being sarcastic here).

We begin by looking into elements of your life that are getting in the way of you nurturing the seed of the shadow so it can grow and be expressed as the gift in your Life’s Work. Next we move to your Evolution and explore ways you can begin to trust what challenges you so that you can allow, accept, and embrace those challenges for more expansive growth. Then, we move into your Radiance where you will increase your scope and sensation of appreciation for all that makes you radiant in your Being. Last we bring your attention to your Life’s Purpose and simplify spiritual practices so that you can go deeper into your heart where your Life’s Purpose lives. Before closing we will do a practice for blessing the shadows and embodying the work.
