  • Group connection and support (NOT through Facebook!!!) with an interactive platform

In this program we will:

  • Use a 3 part plant based formula to support ease of your cleanse and boost nutritional intake: one smoothie, one salad, and one soup each day! You won’t go hungry!
  • Give you tools for successful intermittent fasting  to support healthy digestion, hormone balance and remove toxins from the body
  • Provide BOUNTIFUL & delicious recipes specially designed for especially for winter!
  • Provide daily Heart Centered journaling prompts to track your journey
  • Use Heart Centered attunements to keep you connected to your divine self
  • Have Group accountability through Sunday zoom meetings and regular access to Elizabeth, Hana and other members through a private online platform
