Team D is made up of 9 full-time wonderwomen (and one wonderman), and about 7 part-time incredibles. One of our best investments of time is in understanding each other: what our strengths and talents are, how we show love + appreciation, and how we respond to stress. We’re working to be even more thoughtful and diligent around these practices in our culture, but we’ve got some great tools in hand.
We keep a GDoc that lists each person’s astro signs (Sun + Rising), as well as their Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and Dosha types. Anyone on the team can access it. We also all take these four personality tests:
