Get your halo dirty.

…and by that I mean: we “service oriented” folks (and that includes the range of yoga-going, clean eating, new agers, to traditional christians and and self-pronounced moralists), well, we “service oriented” people can get a little, you know, RIGHTEOUS. And the practices that heal us or keep us on track can sometimes becoming joy-stifling. (Not to mention really annoying to the people around us.)

My favourite monks are the ones who sneak a smoke behind the commissary. “Don’t take it too seriously, Danielle.” I’m a vegetarian who LOVES bacon. Sometimes, some trash talk goes grrrreat with yoga. Lighten up. Live.

Get your halo dirty.

  • Go deeper, where the light is

Tend to your subconscious—aka your Inner Child—with steady compassion.

  • Expand your capacity

    To love and feel love,
    Or say goodbye, with Grace.
