We all want to know our true power, to make clear decisions. You can’t over-think your way out of confusion and into clarity (that’s called spinning your wheels). You have to feel your way into it. Your intelligence is in your heart center.
Many of us (I’m looking at you, Desire Mappers!) are already in touch with our Core Desired Feelings, and we’re letting joy be our metric for choices. But we struggle sometimes with fully dropping into Desire Mapping. We need more support to live-breathe-be our CDFs, especially on the trying days.
I’ve been working on this issue for a while. How do we get back to our Core Desired Feelings? It’s ebb and flow. We learn through contrast that Life is messy and beautiful, but… how do we keep choosing to return to our heart intelligence?
I created The HEART CENTERING Practice. And… it seems to be working. It’s a NEW Desire Map life practice.
