Some of us are experiencing adrenal fatigue or waves of anxiety. We’re sleep-deprived, overstretched, and reaching new levels of burnout.

I thought I should rise above my body’s cues—that’d be more enlightened.
I also thought I was impervious to stress. Because I’m so capable of doing it all.
That’s the shadow side of high performers on the self help path. Classic.
For the past 6 years, nervous system balancing—with spiritual direction has been the primary focus. It’s been life changing. I’ve taught this to thousands through my Heart Centered Collective. We’ve seen marriages heal, families forgive, and people relate with more wisdom—and joy, in all forms of relationships. So many stories of sanity and calm!
How we relate to our stress is how we relate to people when we’re stressed. Calm or irrational. Avoidant or Accepting. Ego-frantic or heart centered.
When the nervous system has been impacted by unresolved trauma, chronic stress, and is in a state of imbalance, it can get very difficult to cope and communicate.
