She’s the former executive director of a future studies think tank director in Washington, DC. where she managed 20+ futurists, creating scenario plans for the likes of The Pentagon and The World Bank, analyzing how global trends might converge, or in some cases, collide. 

She now speaks about the intelligence of the heart. Danielle is the creator of the Heart Centered Membership and the Heart Centered Facilitator Program and with 400+ leaders doing Heart Centered conversation circles and workshops in over 30 countries. Dana Tartal works closely with Danielle, ensuring the company’s vision translates into action with precision, heart, and integrity. As COO, she oversees team operations, finances, and strategic execution—keeping the business streamlined, values-driven, and positioned for long-term impact. She leads high-level planning, talent acquisition, and process optimization, ensuring the Danielle LaPorte brand continues to thrive across global markets.

With two decades of experience in professional communications, business operations, and executive advising, Dana has honed her expertise in crisis communications, strategic planning, and issues management—skills she developed during her years working in the public sector. She has also owned and operated a marketing agency, where she managed branding, digital strategy, and creative production, equipping her with a 360-degree understanding of business growth and audience engagement.

A master herbalist and certified permaculture designer, Dana blends her analytical expertise with a deep appreciation for nature and conscious living. Originally from Alberta, Canada, she now works remotely as a digital nomad in Central America.

First introduced to Danielle’s work through The Fire Starter Sessions, Dana is honored to help lead a team that empowers people worldwide with spiritual wisdom, practical tools, and soul-centered business strategy.

Elisabeth Rossman
Production + Marketing Director

Elisabeth Rossman is coming in hot from Maine with roots in San Francisco. Go Giants! You can find her with her nose in the latest thriller or explaining just how feminist Hallmark movies really are. She looks forward to her return to the dog sport world working her Belgian Sheepdogs in everything from agility to herding.

Elisabeth has over 3 decades of experience supporting family-owned + operated businesses and start-ups across multiple industries. (Ask her about the time she was the only woman supervisor in a sportsbook in Tahoe.) She has spent much of the last 10+ years building marketing campaigns for online coaches. 

In 2021, she received her own certification in Life + Mindset coaching, and is currently studying for a DEI coaching certification. She joined Danielle’s email list on February 28, 2012, and never left. Yes, she does still have an envelope of Danielle’s temporary tattoos. And no, she’s not sharing.

Becca Bloom
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Becca Bloom is a Nashville native, but the desert called her a few years ago so she had to answer!  Now she calls Phoenix home and loooves a good desert sunset hike.  Creative outlets are my therapy.  Singing, voiceovers, drawing, jewelry making, embroidery – you name it, she has probably tried it.

About 10 years ago, she discovered that she loves the collaborative vibe of working for a small business/startup and never went back to corporate life. As a natural supporter, she has deep customer service experience. Most recently, she has taken on social media coordination on Team D and is thriving! She has specific expertise in building ManyChat funnels, as well as social media algorithms, planning, design and copywriting.   

Becca is also passionate about natural health and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through IIN as well as a reiki master. Danielle’s work showed up early on in her personal growth journey and has always been a constant, even when others stopped resonating.  Joining Team D was truly a full circle moment!

Mellissa Last
Membership Success Specialist

Mellissa Last is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Her work ranges from creating learning programs for corporations to facilitating small group circles for personal development. At the heart of everything she does is a love for learning and helping others achieve greater levels of success.

In 2015 Mellissa founded MCL Consulting a full-service training and development company that offers instructional design services and performance consulting. Drawing on her personal experiences with burnout, she started facilitating workshops, small events, and one on one mentoring based on Danielle’s content.

She loves supporting women re-discover themselves and fall in love with their life, as well as working with entrepreneurs who crave alignment between their heart and their business’ bottom line. Her passion is exploring the meaning of success and priorities and having conversations about rest, ease, and self-acceptance.

David James di Pardo

David James Di Pardo is an award-winning author, coach, and speaker. He and his husband are fathers to two adopted boys and two rescue pups. He calls the countryside of Quebec, Canada, home, where they savour (as much as possible) slower-paced living, tending to gardens, hiking through the forest, and baking sourdough bread.

Since 2015, he has been dedicated to guiding people through personal growth and self-liberation to transmute their pain and reduce their suffering. Helping them embrace themselves wholeheartedly and live authentically and unapologetically. Since the arrival of his two boys, his focus has pivoted to helping adoptive and foster parents create secure and healthy attachments with their children using childhood attachment theory through a trauma-informed lens.

He discovered Danielle’s work in 2017 with the publication of White Hot Truth, which was the permission slip he had been waiting for to embark on his journey as a writer, writing in his own unique voice and creating work on his own terms. Enamoured with Danielle’s work he quickly devoured everything he could find in the LaPorte stratosphere. In 2019 he published his first book Awakening The Light Warrior Within; The journey out of the darkness and into the light, taking back your power and reclaiming your worth.
