So… I heard through a truther friend that there’s evidence that Botox may have nanobots in it. That’s… super incredibly awful. Backing away from all injectables…
I have a more natural plan for brow lifting… two trends that are getting results:
DERMAROLLERS
I’m in the derma-roller derby! Stimulate collagen growth by micro-puncturing your face. Bit macabre. But if you do it right (gentle, love,) it’s up there with a good exfoliation.
Gin Amber is my favourite expert on the topic, and she sells quality derma rollers (start lite and build up to the derma roller with longer pokey things.) You need to get educated on this so you don’t spread acne or take out an eyebrow.

FROWNIES
And then there’s Frownie’s. My influencey friends have been wearing them on the ‘gram so I DM them, “but REALLY? ACTUALLY!?” And apparently, Frownies do the job. My ladies are all in. You essentially tape your face into place and retrain your muscles to go North instead of South. I’ve only been doing this for 3 weeks and I think it’s working. Might be in my head, but I think it shows on my face. 😀

NATURAL DENTAL CARE
Dental hygiene is my Olympic sport. And I’ll buy whatever my dear friend, Nadine Artemis makes at Living Libations. Because she’s bonkers brilliant fastidious about research and quality. If she makes it, it’s the best and that’s that.
She just put out a medical-grade red light device for teeth and I’m really loving it. Red light for brightening/healing teeth. Blue light for melting bad bacteria. (this will be my holiday gift for my fave people.) I also use the Sonic Shine Toothbrush, the Frankincense toothpaste, the Triple Mint Enamelizer, Wintergreen floss, and Yogi Serum.

People, dogs, pigeons, were passing by his intimacy.
“I wish I had that kind of pride in my faith,” I thought.
I don’t carry a prayer rug with me anywhere.
I left my religion, gave away so many keepsakes
and boiled down my vows so that
I’m the only one who knows who I really am.
But I told all of you yesterday, and the day before, that
I believe in Light.
I said it without thinking twice.
And tomorrow, I will get up with the sun
to say it over and over and over again:
I live for the Light.
I promise.
