Who’s doing the affirming?
I’ve been going off about the down-side of self help affirmations for yuh-earrs. But complaining is a kind of affirmation, inn’t? So… I’m shifting into solutions. But in order to get to that higher consciousness, we’ve got to unpack the unconscious stuff.
There’s a sequencing for creating healthier affirmations. I unpack each of these tenets/directives:
- WE CREATE MORE OF WHAT WE THINK WE ARE
- RUNNING FROM THE PAIN CREATES MORE PAIN
- IDENTIFY AS LOVE TO OPEN POSSIBILITIES
- CHOOSE HOW TO SEE
