I’m bringing you one of the most dynamic high-energy conversations I’ve ever had in an interview. Craig Siegal is a sweetheart, a Jersey boy, a former Wall Street guy who found his heart. And we had a really beautiful connection.

Virtue signalling, spiritual bypassing, and inner child healing.
What’s still sitting in the basement of your psyche waiting to be freed up and healed? Evolution is about integrating all parts of ourselves. No fragmented self left behind.
I’m not suggesting that we never talk about our past again (though that’s not an entirely bad idea). But what if we: Only speak about our pain with the intention to heal it.
Whatever challenge you’re in right now, wherever you are stuck… not only are you going to get through to the other side—because all things pass, you’re going to be radiant when you get to the other side.
The newest episode of this podcast series is devoted to one of my favorite topics: Devotion. We’re shining light on our prayers, our beliefs, our teachers… and whether they’re actually getting us closer to what we really want—liberation.
We have to choose our words with care—as if each phrase was a seed for a reality… because it is. Words incant, invoke, destroy, and create. When we speak with high intention, we live in Higher Love. I have an experiment for you that might prove it.
Fear feeds on fear. Darkness wants you scared.
Love wants you to know that you are protected by Love itself.

A request: please learn with me.
We are in a collective reorientation. Spirit is asking us to slow down and pay attention to our breathing.
The in-between is uncomfortable and agitating. And slightly erotic—creative tension is like that. The polarities of what was and what could be, of holding your breath while you long to exhale.
Yoga isn’t going to make you impervious to criticism — because criticism bites. Meditation doesn’t make divorce less brutal — because divorce is rough no matter how it goes down. Green juice won’t keep the creep at work away — creeps like to creep. And prayer will not make your illness less intense to deal with — physical burdens are…burdensome.
Like all communication, it’s THE TONE that makes the difference. And the tone that you take with yourself is the most important.
Stop thinking and start feeling — a lot more. And start talking about how you feel — a lot more. And you know what will happen? You will start to be more aware of how you feel, more of the time — the tenderness, the rage, the genius, the sorrow, the Love. You will feel your power, and you will direct it into the world.
I posted a #truthbomb a while back: “If you’re not a feminist, you’re missing the point.” That got a lot of Yesses! and Yeahs! And then this kind of stuff: “Wouldn’t it be better if we were all humanists?” … “How about all being spiritualists?” … “We’re all in this together.”
There’s a lot of pressure to be ready now, yesterday, ASAP. Grow achieve push plow crank rank. But you’re ready when you’re ready. Think of all the times you pushed your friends to dump the fool they were with…for years…
