Wounded or Healer? 1 question to ask yourself when you’re in pain

You are not the wound. You are the healer.

You are not the fear. You are the Love. 

I think this is the most important shift we can make in our lives: shifting from misidentification: “I am my personality, my thoughts, my small ‘self…’” to truthful identification: “I am pure life energy. I am a Soul.”

How we see ourselves and interpret the events of our lives is what creates suffering or fulfillment.

So I’m asking: when you’re in a painful spot, are you seeing yourself as the wound or the healer?
